Kavanaugh is a proponent of sales curating high value third-party content for their prospects to better engage them.  Unlike marketing who uses content curation to build thought leadership and awareness at the top of the funnel, sales uses content curation to engage lower funnel prospects and to build a trusted relationship by providing them with advice and value — even if it’s not created by the vendor.
