“Social” Content Curation Will be Big in 2012

It stil isn’t so clear how business-to-business marketers might be able to use the new “board” style rather than “stream” style social networks such as Pinterest. Pinterest is ideally suited to products. Business to consumer marketing is more about products; business to business marketing is more weighted to context, relationships, ecosystems and other parts of the buying decision other than the actual product. 

What Pinterest does indicate is that content curation will be more important in 2012.
