In February 2012, Pinterest passed Twitter in blog traffic referrals, according to Shareaholic data culled from its monitoring of over 200,000 online publishers. Both Twitter and Pinterest are largely consumer-focused curation services that, in the case of Twitter, have found a business-to-business curation role, while Pinterest might ultimately do so as well, though that remains unclear at the moment.
