Aggregation, Curation, Original Content at the Huffington Post

The Huffington Post now has won a Pulitizer Prize. It boasts 68 sections, three international editions, 1.2 billion monthly page views and 54 million comments in 2011. It has more traffic than virtually all the nation’s established news organizations and amasses huge amounts of content. It started out with aggregation, added curation and finally original content. The point, perhaps, is that there might be a role for all three types of content.
