New Features available today!
– Monetization through Pre-roll Ads
We have greatly expanded the number of pre-roll advertisement providers to include services such as Adify, YuMe, and Acudeo (Tremor Media). If you are a pro user, you will have access to these new pre-roll adnetworks at your disposal today in the “Ads” section of the admin.
New Features For Q1It’s a new year, and that means new features! – New 3 column layoutsWe’ve been hearing a lot lately about some of the design functionality for users’ channels and there have been requests for tools to make their site design a little more unique. Well, we’re in the process of adding in a 3rd column template in the site layout for the homepage and custom pages. The important aspect of this feature is all users (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) will have the ability to customize the size of each column, allowing for a more customized look and feel of the site. – New audio playerIn early Q1, we will be adding in a audio player functionality for the site. The new audio player is going to tie in with our next new feature, which is the ability to upload and manage…- New Slide ShowNew slideshow functionality! You will now be able to upload a collection of photos, and have the audio player play along side the photos. This feature will be great for showing off a collection of pictures from a recent trip and placing narration or music along with it.- New Bulk Uploader (multi-file)Also on track for a Q1 launch is our new multi-uploader tool. This will allow you to upload multiple videos and enter metadata for all files at once instead of uploading content one at a time.
I Was Born At St. Joseph’s is a Magnify powered video site the hospital launched recently after more than 100 years and 100,000 deliveries. Presently, St. Joseph’s is reaching out to those born at the hospital as well as those directly involved with the hospital to share their story.One such story from those directly involved with St. Joseph’s are Shirin Hossain who has been a staff nurse for the past 27 years. Shirin shares her story at the St. Josephs video site, saying it has been a place of exceptional growth and has advanced her career as a person. Shirin has even had a personal experience with the staff at St. Joseph’s by having her son delivered at the hospitalWe’re incredibly proud of the word St. Joseph’s has done to create a community, and use video in a new and powerful way. There’s no doubt that hospitals across the country are going to look to this site as a unique and important way to create a connection with their community. Magnify is very glad to be powering such an important and creative new initiative.
